Report photos
Every slot needs at least one photo before the report will build — add more to any slot if you want. Captions are automatic. Slots appear as you check conducive conditions (10B) and evidence (11).
🔍 Identify a wood destroying insect
Snap the insect or its evidence (tubes, frass, holes, damage) — the app suggests which WDI it is, why, and how to confirm it. You make the call. Tip: put a coin or fingertip next to ants for size.

Generate the report
Builds the TDA's own official SPCS/T-5 form (Rev. 9/1/2020) with your answers, your diagram on page 3, then the photo pages and the receipt — each added page carries the address, inspection date and page number.
